PEMBELAJARAN WORSHIP LEADER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PUJIAN PENYEMBAHAN

Abstract

Abstrak: Worship leader adalah orang yang bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin ibadah pada sesi ibadah. Adanya worship leader memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan ibadah karena hampir seluruh proses ibadah berlangsung di dalam tanggungjawab worship leader, bukan hanya pribadi yang menyusun rangkaian sebuah ibadah, akan tetapi bertanggungjawab dalam menginspirasi masyarakat untuk berterima kasih kepada Tuhan melalui lagu, serta untuk masuk dan menikmati hadirat Tuhan selama dalam memuji dan menyembah. Dengan demikian tercapai maupun tidaknya tujuan ibadah bergantung pada pembawaan seorang worship leader dalam memimpin ibadah. Dimana dibutuhkan seorang worship leader yang mampu membawa suasna untuk benar-benar merasakan pimpinan Roh Kudus didalam ibadah sehingga membantu pengkhotbah untuk menyampaikan apa yang menjadi bagianya dalam menyampaikan kebenaran Firman Tuhan. Peran worship leader juga dapat membantu pengkhotbah untuk menyampaikan apa yang akan disampaikan, melalui pujian penyembahan yang dibawakan oleh seorang worship leader jika bisa membawa jemaat masuk dalam hadirat Tuhan makan tugas pengkhotbah tidak terlalu berat, dan tinggal melanjutkan tugasnya dalam menyampaikan Firman Tuhan. Seorang pemimpin pujian juga penting mempunyai kualitas baik di dalam pelayanannya, menjadi seorang worship leader bukanlah suatu hal yang mudah, seorang pelayan Tuhan dibidang worship leader adalah tugas yang benar-benar harus meminta piminan Roh Kudus Tuhan sehingga pelayananya bisa berken dan bisa menyenangkan hati Tuhan, menjadi seorang worship leader tidak cukup hanya bisa bernayai dan memiliki suara bagus tetapi juga memiliki Roh Kudus yang menyala- nyala dan memiliki hubungan yang dekat dengan Tuhan dan dipimpin selalu oleh Roh Kudus Tuhan.

Abstract: Worship leaders are people who are responsible for leading worship at worship sessions. The existence of a worship leader has a very important role in the implementation of worship because almost the entire worship process takes place under the responsibility of the worship leader, not only the person who composes the series of worship, but is also responsible for inspiring the public to thank God through songs, as well as to enter and enjoy God's presence while praising and worshiping. Thus whether the purpose of worship is achieved or not depends on the nature of a worship leader in leading worship. Where it takes a worship leader who is able to bring the atmosphere to really feel the leading of the Holy Spirit in worship so that it helps the preacher to convey what is his part in conveying the truth of God's Word. The role of the worship leader can also help the preacher to convey what will be conveyed, through worship praise brought by a worship leader if he can bring the congregation into the presence of God then the preacher's task is not too heavy, and all that remains is to continue the placement in conveying God's Word. It is also important for a worship leader to have good quality in his ministry, being a worship leader is not an easy thing, a servant of God in the field of worship leaders is a task that really has to ask for the guidance of God's Holy Spirit so that his ministry can be pleasing and pleasing to God. To be a worship leader is not enough just to have faith and have a good voice but also to have the Holy Spirit burning and having a close relationship with God and always being led by the Holy Spirit of God.
