PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KEPEMIMPINAN MAJEMUK DI GEREJA
Abstract
The Church is a spiritual organization as well as a social organization. As an organization, the Church needs management that leads to the direction of leaders who manage and direct towards a predetermined vision. Management needs people or groups of people who run so that the expected goals are achieved. Which leadership pattern is relevant for the Church, single or multiple leadership patterns? Multiple leadership is biblical leadership. Multiple leadership is in accordance with the culture of the Church. And plural leadership is relevant to the situation of the times. Multiple leadership is very supportive of the growth of the Church, both in quantity and quality. Cooperative learning is a learning model that involves many people and emphasizes cooperation among students. It was developed as an interactive approach between students, teachers, and teaching materials. Cooperative learning is a learning strategy that is in line with the pattern of multiple leadership. Cooperative learning can be implemented in the process of learning and training for ecclesiastical leadership succession. And this cooperative learning activity is in accordance with the characteristics of multiple leadership. The type of research used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that aims to present descriptive information and analysis about cooperative learning in the plural leadership of the Church.
