MENDEFINISIKAN ULANG KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM PENDIDIKAN KRISTEN: MENGINTEGRASIKAN ANTROPOLOGI TEOLOGIS DAN KETRAMPILAN ABAD KE-21
Abstract
This article aims to reformulate human resource competencies in Christian education by integrating theological anthropology and 21st-century skills. This study utilizes a library research method with a qualitative-conceptual approach. Data were gathered from recent literature addressing theological anthropology, human resource development, competency-based training, Christian education, and 21st-century skills. The analysis was conducted through content analysis and conceptual synthesis to identify the relationship between the Christian worldview and the competency demands of modern education. The results indicate that human resource competencies in Christian education need to be built holistically by integrating professional excellence, ethical integrity, spiritual awareness, humanistic leadership, and digital-adaptive competencies. This integration enables Christian education to maintain its theological identity while addressing the challenges of globalization, digitalization, and secularization. This article offers a conceptual model of human resource competency for Christian education that balances professional, spiritual, ethical, and digital dimensions as a foundation for contextual and sustainable human resource development.
